 Holiday Egg Nog Protein Shake
this may sound gross, an egg nog protein shake,did to me the first time, but it is f-in awesome, my wife got it from a women's board she is a member of... 10 oz. Egg Nog (we use Horizon Organic Low Fat Egg Nog) 1 TBSP fat free/sugar free Vanilla Pudding Powder 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we use Designer Whey-French Vanilla) 4 Ice Cubes (we don't use these it is smoother and just as thick) Blend & Serve up some protein-packed holiday cheer  /FT        |
