Default Homemade no-bake protein bars

I recently came across this recipe....and I actually found it to be edible. They are high in protein and contain good fats. The only sugar in this recipe is found in the non-fat dry milk. Makes for a great snack. The ingredients you buy should be enough for at least 4-5 batches. So compared to the bars you can buy these will be cheaper.

E-Dawgs Wicked -Awsome Protein Bars
You will need:
6 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder (adout 132g protein)
1/2 cup oat flour (if you can't find oat flour substitute with dry oatmeal)
1/2 oatmeal (dry)
2 tbsp flaxseeds or milled flaxseeds (optional)
5 tbsp natural peanut butter ( I prefer Smart Balance brand)
1 cup non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup water (amount may very, so just add a little at a time. You want this batter to be firm and chunky, if it is too runny the bars will be gooey and won't really be bars anymore just goo. Add oat flour or oats if too runny.)
1 tsp vanilla

How to do it:
Put your protein powder, non-fat dry milk, oat flour, oatmeal, and flaxseeds in medium mixing bowl and stir ingredients together. Microwave peanut butter till it is runny. Stir in water till you reach your desired consistency. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. If your batter is too thick now just add a little water...if too runny add oat flour or oatmeal. You should be able to hold the bowl upside-down without the batter coming out....keep it thick. Line the inside of a 9x9 or 8x8 baking pan with wax paper and spoon the batter into the pan and spread evenly. Put in the fridge overnight and cut into 4 or 6 bars when ready and enjoy. I prefer to keep the bars refrigerated. You could other things for flavor like cinnamon or maybe some sugar free maple syrup.

Nutrition facts:
if cut into 4 bars: Calories-384 / Fat Calories-132 / Fat-13g / Carbs-19g / Protein-42g
if cut into 6 bars: Calories-256 / Fat Calories-88 / Fat-9g / Carbs-13g / Protein-28g
I could break it down even more and let you guys know how much polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, and saturated fat is in each bar...I am very sure most of the fat is mono.
Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

You don't have to use wax-paper, you can use cooking spray if you want. Some other things you can try: Use vanilla protein and replace the oat flour with nuts, seeds, or dried berries. Cashews, peanuts, black walnuts, hazelnuts, rainsins, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, stuff like that would be tasty. Or you can try strawberry protein....not sure if it would be good, never tried it. My 4 year old girl actually loves the chocolate ones.
Anyone else have some recipes? I am always up to try out something new.
