How to stack Bitter Orange/Synphrine

Before I used the ECA stack a lot, but I'm trying to incorporate alternatives.

I know that Bitter Oraange/Synephrine can be stacked with Guarana/Caffeine and Aspirin, but does anyone know the ratio?

What I have:

1) A Bitter Orange product containing the following per tablet:

200 mg Bitter Organge (fruit) 200 mg
120 mg Bitter Orange (fruit extract) Guaranteed 7.2 mg (6 % ) Synephrine
15 mg Licorice (root extract) (Guaranteed 1.2 mg (8%) Glycrrhizic Acid

2) A lot of 200 mg caffeine tables

How can I stack this Bitter Orange product with the caffeine and aspirin?
