Default how's this for lunch

I'm not working out to gain mass, mostly for strength and tone. Anyway, how does this look for lunch? (Calories: 770 / Fat: 18.5 / Carb: 112 / Protein; 37)

The high carbs come from a salad and potato. I also start the day with about 80 grams protein.

Sure is hard to tell from that information. What was the food? Where was the meal in between breakfast and lunch? What is your total daily caloric intake? If you eat a lot the rest of the day, then 770 might be too much. If you don't eat shit, then 770 might be too little. Get what I"m saying? More infor.

WTF are you talking about, bro? Like Griz said, what's the food? 37 g of protein is okay for a meal, but if it's all from peanut butter and Jello then it's not gonna do much for your buffness. More info. Include your total daily diet, and your personal stats like height, weight, build, level of activity and lifiting, cardio, etc.

At Winn Dixie they have boneless-skinless chicken breasts on sale buy 1 package get 2 for free. Works out to about $1.80 per Lb. Now I have a semi trailer full. I have to move to Alaska and build an igloo from the breasts. Then I'll eat myself out of house and home, literally.
