Lightbulb Should I stay away from milk and milk products?

Hi there,

I'm on my first test/deca cycle and I'm trying to eat as clean as possible considering how deca doesn't forgive anything.
I'm posting here because everyone at the gym is telling me that I should stay away from milk and milk products as you tend to lose definition. Is that true?
I mean I don't eat cheese but should I cut milk too? I used to drink half a glass of milk with a scoop of protein before bed (cause I don't like cottage cheese much). Is that bad?

thanks

Unless you're trying to get into BB contest condition, you won't lose any noticeable definition by consuming dairy products. I do recommend non-fat milk. Personally, I drink about one quart of lactose free, non-fat milk on most days and have no problem maintaining a BF% of 11-12%.

Best regards,

thanks for that.

I'll switch from semi-skimmed to skimmed milk then before bed.
