Default Kcal Intake On Training Days Compared To Non Training Days

Doing a clean bulk at the moment guys. (maintenance is 3200kcal) On training days im eating 3600kcal, non training days im eating 3200kcal...

Im gaining very slowly (1lb per 2 weeks) my strength is going up so i must be gaining muscle..My question is how much of a difference do you make in you training/non training days with regards to carbs/proteins/fats and overall kcal makeup

Default Re: Kcal Intake On Training Days Compared To Non Training Days

It probably would be a good idea to drop the carb/fat intake down a bit on off days if you are a bodybuilder wanting to stay lean/contest prep. You say you are doing a clean bulk, I'd say 3600cals is not a typical bulk diet, for a heavy trainer.....but I'm not a sport med doc or dietician, who would ask you all about height weight/training regrime....its a bit of a fine line, but you say you're putting on weight slowly,so you're not to far off you cal. requirements if your not getting to heavy fast or loosing weight.I guess if you are happy with your condition and gains keep on doing what you're doing,if you think you're bulking to much, try dropping cals on 'off' days, good plan.
