 Knee pains
I am having some problems with knee pain hingering my leg development and was wondering what other folks do? Deca seams to work for a bit however, I am looking for other sup’s or treatments that might help, thanks…

glucosamen and condrotin mix will help but when i get serious weights on my leg excercises i still have to back off when my kneee tendions start aching
