I've been reading about this Kre-Alkalyn stuff. It is suppose to be an advanced form of creatine. I was wondering if anyone has used this before? Also, I've heard that fructose isn't good to take with creatine, because it slows creatine uptake. Any of you guys have experience with this, and any suggestions?

It's awesome. It's the only patented creatine. they basically tweaked the ph level so that it has 100% absorption and doesn't break down into by-products which cause bloating and upset stomach. Also you can take a lot lower dose.

How long have you been taking it? Have you been seeing that same results as when you are on normal creatine?
