Im no pro, and you'll get better advice from other people but if you want to clean bulk you want high protein, and moderate carbs. When I bulked from 190 to 240 it took me a year but I didn't really eat clean. For protein you want at least 1 gram per pound. I would shoot for 4,500 - 5,000 calories unless you have a fast metabolism. I never counted carbs, I guess I should start too but you want more carbs on the day you train, especially before you workout. You probably already knew all this but Im just trying to help.
