Default Let's See Those Diet Targets-Bulking

Just curious to see what everyone shoots for on a bulking diet. i.e. %Protein, %Fat, %Carbs and total calories.

Obviously clean sources of all three.

Im no pro, and you'll get better advice from other people but if you want to clean bulk you want high protein, and moderate carbs. When I bulked from 190 to 240 it took me a year but I didn't really eat clean. For protein you want at least 1 gram per pound. I would shoot for 4,500 - 5,000 calories unless you have a fast metabolism. I never counted carbs, I guess I should start too but you want more carbs on the day you train, especially before you workout. You probably already knew all this but Im just trying to help.

Also dont know if you know about this site FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal you can make an account for free, and you just put in what you ate for the day and it gives you the breakdown of calories, fats, protein, and carbs.

That site is nice or nutritiondata.com.

I use Protrack 2008 for workouts and nutrition. It is a lot easier to use than other programs but does the job.
