Milk thistle is prolly the cheapest and most commonly used.

I take Liv-52. Seems to be some pretty good stuff. Supposedly they have used it on people with damaged livers and it has helped (not cured, helped). Try checking out this site HerbalSalon.com. They have a 100 count bottle for like $9.99 (havent found it cheaper anywhere), and shipping is free as long as you go first class or ground (go first class). I ordered Monday, and I got it today.

Liv-52 is good, take it with a combo of Milk thistle, ALA, and some Cranberry Extract to help flush it all out, you'll be solid.

Don't mean to hijack but what dosage is a single capsule of Liv.52 and how many do you take?

I have bought some but only have the capsules so I don't know the dosage, any help?

How do I know what strength mine are, can yu describe what the tablets look like?

My tablets are actually red capsules similar to a skittle in size and shape with a white fancy shaped H printed on them.

The double-strength say "Liv.52 DS" on the label. The tablets are maroonish with a white/grey H. In order of the ingredients on the label, the quantities are: 130, 130, 66, 64, 64, 32, 32, 32.
