i read to about page 11 but the gist is that BSN claims to use CEM3 in their products. they claim that this is the top of the line creatine that they invented and have a patent to when in reality they don't and their products contain regular creatine monohydrate

i was wondering the same thing. i remember a couple years ago whoever made creatine serum got busted because creatine can't be stabilized in a liquid form, or something. if you had receipt for it from like the last 2 years you could get your money back from GNC. the legal process will take awhile so i'd give it at least half a year before anything happens. they all have creatine, just not CEM3. they have plain monohydrate

Well I Actually Called A Buddy Of Mine That Works For Them,(bsn) The Law Suit Is Real The Claims Are Bullshit

Apprently The Guy Who Is Suing Them Did Not Test It With The Proper Malate Chemical Which Is What He Reports Is Non Existant

The Cem3 Technology Says A Creatine Eythl Ester Malate, And If You Dont Have The Malate Chemical Which Is Patented By Bsn Then You Cannot Test It Properly

Also If The Guy Actually Did The Test The Analysis Would Had To Have Been Part Of The Court Documents

I personally cant train without BSN NO Explode I rate it as state of the art. BSN wouldnt make claims that would land them up in serious law suites. You cant get much better than BSN as a product range. I would love to hear the out come of that law suite hopefully the idiot who opened it will be covering all the legal fees at the end. Please post the results if anyone every hears the outcome.
