Personally, I've never used M one T. I've heard good and bad about it. My mantra for results is living with focused discipline-lifting, eating, and resting. Over the last few years I've noticed more and more that I'm more than a little obsessive about bodybuilding when compared to my friends. Anyways, like I said I've never used it or prohormones, but if you want to stay/get lean I'd pay attention to what you eat. Stay clean. I'd go for 40/40/20 (Pro/Carb/Fat) as far as total calories, and base your total calorie intake on what you need to maintain your current weight; then add three low carb, low fat protein shakes to your diet. That way your gains should be pretty much 100% muscle. It may sound kind of weird, but this method of calculation has always worked for me.
