buy some casien(?) protien powder -more cost effective
the body digest it much slower than whey, egg , ect
this way you body will have a supply of protien longer into the night

but if you like the cheese , need the extra fat and calories
go with it

Whey + milk (casein) is an excellent bedtime shake.

1/4 cup of cottage cheese
2 scoops of "Allthewhey" protein "blend" powder (44 grams of whey protein)
