Default Metabolism through the roof!

DON'T READ BELOW IF YOU HAVE A WEAK STOMACH.

Ok, so this evening I had KFC at about 8pm. Large fries, burger, 9 nuggets followed by a protein drink.

at 11:30pm I was forced to run to the toilet and unleash some crazy looking stools!

Whilst wiping my ass I inspected closely into the bowl and noticed sesame seeds in there. The only meal in the last day/2days i've eaten with sesame seeds was tonights KFC.

So why did I give labour so early? Normally I would've unleashed this one tommorrow mid afternoon.

Is there anything I can take to slow down my metab?

Although this may seem like a bullshit thread, it's a serious concern. I'm eating in excess of 16,000kj a day and it just seems to be coming straight out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe we could help if we knew what "kj" translated to in American.

LOL . . .seriously tho, dude I doubt it has to do with having a fast metabolism. KFC will give anyone the shitz.

Goodday mate,

Ryan

16000kj = roughly 4000calories.
Thanks for the replies.

Frosty has a point. That meal might have had bacteria. That or the fools working the kitchen collectively passed around your burger and spit into it after playing hockey with it in the bathroom.

I don’t know, that’s just a guess.

I usually sweat like pig in heat when my metabolism is on high. I’ve never gotten the shit’s from having a high metabolism, that I can remember.

Next time stay home and make steak and veggies on the Foreman.

well bro u r not the only one...i noticed part of a roast beef sandwich in mine just a few hours after eating on wed...often times i find parcels of meals just eaten short whiles ago floating around the toilet after a shit and i can easily shit 2x in the morning b4 showering....watermelon makes it through quickly also....along with sesame seeds....

none of this is a terribly pleasant thought but i do not think that u r abnormal in this regard....especially with a high cal diet (4k is low for me but wtf )

hey GDSGFT, can i get some more details on your caca? i just LOVE talking about caca. it's so fun!

but...yea.... i think it might have just been the greasiness of the food that helped it along the intestines....either that or somebody pissed in the frying tub and jizzed in the gravy again...those silly, silly workers. when will their shenanigans cease!?!

I have noticed the same thing. It is like 5 hrs after the meal that I go to the bathroom and see what I ate before.
Just one question though, If I can see the food (apples, steak brocc.) without it being digested well is it safe to say that I didnt absorb all the c/p/f that was in the food?

I sorta had that feeling. Would it be better to get down liquid meals instead?

Frosty I appreciate your help. The lemon juice and digestive aids are helping a lot. I have made an app. with a gastro just to be safe.
