Default Morning aches and pain

can anybody recommend a good recovery supplement ? Every morning, I feel like I'm 90 years old for the 1st couple hours after waking up...stiff back, joints, etc. I know glutamine is suppose to be good. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I think what you are thinking of is glucosamine chondroitin, it is used to rebuild cartilage and connective tissues(like in joints and ligaments). I had shoulder surgery and took it religously throughout my rehab. The doc said i wouldnt play baseball for 6 months and i was playing in 4. who knows....

glutamine is used for DNA synthesis and Protein synthesis so it is a good supplement in that sense.

Brick I have the same issue ...... Like mentioned above glucosamine condroiton....takes a few weeks to get into your system but well worth it.

I have broken about 1/3 of the bones in my body over the years from crashing motorcycles, and just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. My worst is my left ankle I have broken it 3 times, it clicks when i walk and takes about 1 1/2 hours in the a.m. to stop aching

yes, I do know what glucosamine is but I was referring to the increased recovery from using glutamine. Just bought Xtend by Scivation and Animal Flex by Universal. Heard positive stuff on both.
Been using Super Cissus Rx by USP labs for two weeks and dont think it's doing much.
