Default my diet.....

i just wanted some feedback on how this diet would be for very, very gradual weight loss. i'm 6' 260" right now and i would estimate body fat at probably 16-18%. i think a good target weight would be around 240 or so which i would like to achieve by next june. so that's about a 1 pound per week weight loss.
i will be working out 4-5 days / week and doing cardio 5 days / week , 40 mins per session. here is how i've been eating:
7am - 6 egg whites (sometimes 1 yolk) w/ 1 tablespoon ketchup and 2 slices whole wheat toast w/ 0 calorie spray butter. 1 cup crystal light tea w/ vitamins.
noon - some type of a sandwich (turkey, ham & cheese, tuna, chicken salad) on whole wheat bread, a small side salad w/ oil & vinegar, & 2 slices pickles. diet soda.
5pm - (pre-workout meal, i usually work out @ 6:15 or so) 1 package cottage cheese mixed w/ one cup yogurt. (this is 38grams protein, 20 grams carbs, and only 2 grams fat. tastes great! especially w/ peach yogurt)
also, 45 minutes prior to workout i drink a sobe energy drink which is like 140 calories, mostly simple carbs.

7:30pm - post workout shake which is usually 2 scoops isopure strawberry cream (50 grams protein, 0 carbs)
lastly around 8:30 or so i will have dinner which will consist of about 3/4 to 1 lb of lean ground beef or ground turkey cooked w/ an onion and pepper. also, i usually consume about 2 1/2 to 3 cups broccolli w/ spray butter. w/ dinner i drink crystal light tea.

during the day i will usually have 1-2 cups of coffee w/ milk and 2 sweet&lows and maybe from 2-4 peppermints after lunch for sugar and good breath.
opinions , thoughts?
thanks.

im now 270- 275..lookin to get down to 250...im at like 17% now wanna get down to 10-11% by the summer...mornin cardio is key for me...I do an hour every morn...6am then body part(s) at night...I seem to get the best results when I do a split..like that..
