Default my diet is terrible

hi all, i been looking at my diet and i thought it was so good for so long, but its not, its a disaster, with nearly 200g fat everyday, its no wonder its taking its toll

please can someone help me sort this from looking at my intake on the below link

I don't understand what your issue is. I've seen your pictures bro and I used to be like that when I was 18 until I started lifting seriously. If you're trying to gain weight then eat whatever you want man. You are probably burning a decent amount of it off anyways from working out that the fat intake really doesn't matter. Plus if thats the case then your body is using at as energy when its burning it. Relax bro no need to worry.

170g fat = 1530cals
266g carbs=1064cals
242 protein=968cals

=3562 cals

Fats are your Friend if you use them correctly.
Dont mix them with carbs,eat one or the other.
Fats dont cause an insulin spike ,so if you eat the correct amount there's no reason why you should gain fat.
Carb up post workout.

fats during the day and carbs pre & post workout.

Some carbs for breakfast will help combat morning catabolism.

thanks guys, its probably just all in my head, i think im doing ok just need to ditch some things and add some things.

my breakfast is this

3 whole eggs
1 banana
2 tspoons natty peanut butter
1 cup oats
1 whey protein shake


you think i shud cut some er that out and eat say 2-3 cups of oats instead?
