Re: my diet is terrible thanks guys, its probably just all in my head, i think im doing ok just need to ditch some things and add some things.
my breakfast is this
3 whole eggs
1 banana
2 tspoons natty peanut butter
1 cup oats
1 whey protein shake
you think i shud cut some er that out and eat say 2-3 cups of oats instead?
