Default Myth On Losing Weight---

is this true,that if you diet too much,your bosy stops burning calories in order to save itself so to speak. i am watching a show and after exercise and diet they actually gained a small amount of weight. what gives?

From what I've read,it's a fine line.
The body's metabolism will apparently slow down after a period of around three hours with no food take,conserving energy.......
Also if inadequate fats are consumed the body will hold onto these "resources" and burn unnecessary protein as a preferred fuel source.

As for the gaining weight after exercise and diet.

Perhaps these people were dehydrated?

Yes sir, it was water and some other fluid they drunk!
