6'3", 256 lbs and 13% bf. I'm going on a bulk cycle of my favorite 3 goodies, deca, test e and bulgarian bionabol. What I need to know is do any of you know of a web site or posting that tells you what to eat, how many calories per day and what not to consume on this cycle?!? I've worked my ass off to get where I am now, but I don't want to increase the body fat hardly at all while doing this. I do cardio 6 days a week for 35 min on a "fat burner" level as well. Your help is greatly appreciated...if no good info., guess I'll have to divy up some $$$ and see a nutritionist.

good advice above. for your weight your looking at 384g protein each day. as your bw increases make ajustments. also eat 5-6 meals per day............11

I already eat 6 times a day. I take 2 tablespoons of flax oil and also take 3 safflower pills a day. I basicly eat what I want except junk food and soda. I treat myself to one 20 oz soda a week and either a bowl of ice cream...ok I undersized that, a quart of ice cream or a 20oz bag of chips per week to keep me fucking sane. I guess I'll go back to the 4500 calories per day like I did last year but keep my cardio in tact without slacking in it.
