Default Needed:weight loss advice

I'm 5'4", 149 lbs and desperately need to lose weight. I had a baby 9 months ago, so that's why I'm so heavy, but I seem to have plateaued. I go to a spinning class twice a week(45 minutes) and do a 1 hour weight lifting class twice a week. I am also on a very strict 1400 calorie diet, and replace 2 meals a day with protein/carb shakes.

Can anyone tell me what I can take to lose some more weight? I've read quite a bit about ECA stack and clenbuterol, but don't know which is best, or if I should alternate between the two. 2 weeks on ECA stack, then 2 weeks on clen. If anyone could give me some advice, I'd be more than happy to hear it. I need to lose as close to 20 lbs. as possible before my husband comes home. He is currently serving in Iraq and hasn't seen me since I gave birth to my daughter! So I want to look good.

Oh yeah, since I have 2 kids, getting to the gym more than I already am, is almost impossible, so please don't suggest that! thank you!!

Read "Natural Hormonal Enhancement" by Rob Faigin. Check out www.extique.com

You may be having trouble losing weight if you are stressed out (I have one child and one on the way...I totally know the stress!), plus the stress of you wanting to look good for your husband.

Are you getting enough sleep? I'm guessing not...another hindrance.

Anyway, the book mentioned above is extremely well researched and documented, and has sections that are just for women.

Yeah stress is a good factor, and I've been ok so far. Working out totally helps with that aspect, and I also go tanning(which is really relaxing for me. I tell people that instead of doing yoga I go tanning! haha). I try to tan at least 3 times a week, because I have 2 kids and I need space. Sleep has been pretty good, my kids sleep in, so if I can get to bed at a decent hour I have until at least 9 or 9:30 to sleep. Thanks for the tip, I'll defintely be checking out that book for some awesome tips. It looks pretty well thought out. Thank you!!!

You're welcome. Here's a nutshell of the book (but please do read the book):

do not mix carbs and protein/fat in the same meals, because the insulin spike will cause fat storage. Also don't eat more than 50g of Protein in one meal. Too much protein can also cause insulin to go up (and cause fat storage).

Check out www.extique.com on the "Ask Rob" page, some of those Q/A posts might help you too.

Drink lot's of water too.....but I bet you knew that.
