Default no more cycling creatine?

I read an article the other day that said you should just stay on creatine because there is little or no benefit to cycling it. anyone have any opinion on that? other than, "it says to stop every 8 weeks on the container"

thanks,
Migity

I cycle creatine because it loses it's effectivness after sometime. I usually cycle creatine one month on, on off. Once i year i may use it for two months and then one month off.

Very true @Reinheart...Though it may be a mental thing I do things like that as well..Sometimes I just switch up brands...Mainly with my Nitrix supplements because Its hard for me to keep pumped.

Yeah. I used to switch brands as well but i ended up with phosphagen hp by eas. I gained about 10 pounds the first time i used it and it was only for a month. I stacked it with hmb and a very good diet and training routine and got awsome results. Cycle 2 begins this monday. We'll see what happens!!!

It's better I think to let your body balance its own creatine level once and a while. Gives you a little break you know, it's a little safer.

Yeah. That's why i said: "One month one, one off". This off month could be 2 or 3 months. Depends.
