Default nutritious meals for gaining mass

I was wondering what are some healthy, small meals in order to get at least 5-6 meals a day including weight gainers. Such as good things to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please someone reply back with any info!

Heres a typical day of eatting for me - I usually have 6-7 small meals

Breakfast - 6 egg whites w/ turkey - 2 packs of oatmeal
2hrs later- Myoplex - Granola bar
Lunch- Grilled Chicken or Turkey - Rice an Beans
2hrs later- Myoplex- Granola bar
Dinner- 2 Bison Burgers- some pasta w/ veggies
2hrs later- 1/2 pint of pasturized egg whites w/ Chocolate milk

Each meal is around 40-50 grams of protein. If your looking for more calories throw in a few peanut butter an jellys sandwiches.
