DBPress really likes it. I think its mediocre and consider Optimum to be a mid-level company at best. But for $40-50 for 10 pounds its worth a try I spose.

I've never had a problem with it. Personally, I like the all the whey protein, but I'd use ON if that's all that was around.

Basically, as far as I'm concerned, the protein powder you use really has little to no bearing on the amount of muscle on your body. It's more a function of quantity of protein rather than quality.

I emailed All the Whey to ask about their blended formula, they said it was nearly identical to Optimum but wouldnt give me specifics (unlike proteinfactory.com).

What's the point? Are you now saying you like proteinfactory better than all the whey? I could swear you were all up on their nuts 4 months ago.

Dont mistake what Im saying, I think ATW has great prices and is probably one of the few places that I would consider buying protein from. I like proteinfactory a little bit more because they give you the breakdown of their stock formulas. Really, you probably cant go wrong with either one.

yeah-- proteinfactory.com or even trueprotein.com

Mix it up yourself! Trust in Bob!

I use ON whey--- only because it is my buffer between orders from true and factory-- it is alright-- I only use the natural version though.

I say the best way to take protein is in a blend with slow and fast proteins-- but don't rely on anything that is not meat!

I have used Optimum for years now...I like the taste and the fact that it mixes easily with just a spoon. Pretty good bang for your buck as far as the amt. of protein per serving.

The only protein I currently use. Digestive enzymes, high protein per serving(23) and great flavors especially new Cookie Dough. Many say they don't like the taste but it isn't chalky or clumps in liquid state. I always mix mine with ice and skim milk and taste better some smoothies at some local health stores

All I use is ON's whey, and I have seen big results. What other things do you guys take to switch it up a little?

Hi,

Somebody told me about this thread.

We try for the best taste possible without effecting quality. This can become a problem with people very sensitive to taste, because whey has variations. Most people can't pick-up on them.

However, we guarantee our products. So, please contact me to resolve any issues.

Thank You
