 phosphatidyl serin
Im am currently using this as a cortisol blocker during my recover. My question is I have read that it only works well at 800mgs and to take 8 pills one hour before a workout. Then i read to take 800 throughout the day. Currently right now I take 2 pre-workout and about 3 more throughout the day. What do you guys think or what are you suggestion on dose.
