Default Probiotic vs digestive enzymes

I get bloated after large meals and I think I have digestion problem. I just started taking a probiotic but I think I probably need enzymes. Can I take both or should I go with enzymes as I was told this was the way to go?

I have to take the enzymes because of my stomach. When i started taking them I realized i had less heart burn and less bloat. Maybe if have heart burn i would recommend taking them. They worked for me but then again we all are not created equal. It might be worth a try. hope this helps good luck.

I can definitely tell that im not bloated and my food settles better when i take a digestive enzyme after a meal. If i am having a tough time getting in my meals, all i do is pop an enzyme with each meal and im on track again. just puttin in my .02 cents

I have the same problem and I take both and it helps for sure... keep in mind they each have individual benefits as well as a synergistic effect so thats why I take both

If digestive enzymes work for you, so will vinegar or grapefruit juice.

If the taste of vinegar doesn't bother you, a tablespoon should do- by itself or diluted in water, sweetener optional.
