I guess the only thing is letting certain things settle-- like your added glutamine and creatine-- powdered d-bol, cocaine, etc.. (j/k on last 2) I just suck my shakes down as fast as I can, because that means I can use it all the more quicker and prepare for a real meal.

Really? See that's why I was wondering because my friend had told me that creatine will lose its effect or some shit if it sits for awhile. I guess not then. |

If mixing in a blender, why not throw in some ice to get it cold? I do, and works great. Even though my weight gainer has some creatine in it, I take creatine by itself mixed in water with some Cytosport Cytomax carbo drink, and d-ribose. The creatine container says to mix it and drink i right down, so I do. Just in case you were wondering. |

I also mix in some extra creatine with my MRP which has 2.5 grams already, I just use a shaker though and the ice would take up to much room. But anyways . . .I was wondering . . .does creatine really work better when stacked with Ribose? I had heard of this theory before on another website and was wondering if you or anyone else could give some first hand experiene insight about it? Does it work significantly better than creatine alone and if so, how/why? Thanks, Ryan |
