You guys may have seen these but I highly reccomend them.Several companies are making them,they come in a plastic test tube,are fruit flavored,0 carbs,extreme low cals and come in 25 gram to 46 gram sizes.If you are wanting to keep the protien up but want to cut back on protien powder mixed with milk try these.I slam one immediatley after workout then eat real food 30-45 minutes later.

I agree Dennis, Grape flavor is pretty good and they are real comvienent, especially post workout !

I have found them in wal mart and inside vitamin shoppe.the cheapest I have seen though are on line prosource.net or .com I forget,but they sell 6 pack for 12.00 !
