Default question of post workout carbs???

i am close to running out of my waxy maize carbs and stumbled on an idea but want some input first... Could you use regular WHITE FLOUR? since it has a very high glycemic index? what do you think about this? any opinions are appreciated....

Vitargo is very highly rated and there's a fair amount of science behind why it's the superior PWO carb. However, dextrose is fine and delicious. Malto is a bit more expensive, but is also good, though less sweet.

Id say the most even balance one from cost and taste is Dextrose, its perfect and it tastes sooo good.

Why not just mix it with milk this way you get some fat for creaminess and plenty of milk sugars?

I read all about the waxy maize but to be honest I do not see it as being a must have same thing for Dextrose!First without fat protein does not get broken done or absorbed well so the milk fat int he 2% milk is a good thing to have unless you are adding MCT or Fish oil to your protein shakes. The sugars in Milk are not all fast some are fast some are medium and some are slow. If you needed some more fast acting Dextrose is super cheap if you buy it by the kilo.On top of that Milk is fuel of growth factors that is why their is so many growth factors in Whey protein Whey is a milk by product usually left over from making cheese!

I find it funny that people try to get rid of fat but then they try to get as much protein as they can. Must have some fat to get the full benefit of protein. This is why in the old days they used to add either raw milk or half and half heavy cream to their protein powders!

Can you really see a drastic difference from using the waxy maize??? I think I would go for insulin injectable before I would waste a lot of money on waxy maize but that is just my two cents! Notice how they keep comeing up with bull shit to sell you. First it was micronized creatine then dextrose to replace the grape juice most of use used with creatine, then it was nitric oxide crap then when Dextrose was made available cheaply to the general public it was waxy maize etc.........It is endless supply of shit to buy or sell people and if any of it did 1/2 what they claim the FDA would shut it down look at the good stuff pro-hormones, ephdra diet products etc........all gone! Nutrient timing is more important then what it is in it . Not long ago their was a major university study that found Chocolate Milk to be a potent recovery aid much more so then white milk. The main difference int he too is the use of Corn Syrup in the Chocolate Milk. Same thing for Tomatoe juice they found it speed recover when ingested before or after a workout............I am not anti supplements but whole foods and products that are not overly refined seem to produce as good if resutls as massively doctored and highly talored products do!
