going to do a suspension, insulin, and igf-1 cycle Looking to lean out. I am 250lbs with about 10% bodyfat. How does this look for start at leaning out for calories, protein, carbs and fat roughly 3715 calories a day 427.1 from protein 298.6 from carbs and 41.2 from fat I would also do a clen/t3 with this cycle with this. |

Looks pretty good, your calories are high enough to where if you weren't getting results within a few weeks you have plenty of room to drop your intake a little bit. If you are really a legit 10%, then your results should be pretty impressive. What is your target weight for when you are done?

I use humulin-r. I use it pre workout and post workout, but not sure if I can do that with the igf-1. I am thinking about either 20mcgs or 40mcgs with the igf-1. I also have potassium, b-complex, hydroycut, iron, selenium, vit e,c, zinc, glucosamine, flax seed oil. Is there any other minerals or supps I should take. Dandelion root? I am thinking maybe 230lbs. I have lost 3 lbs so I am about 247lbs right now. I have a serious addiction to pop so I don't know about that part. Had a pretty good workout today. did 3 sets of 160lbs dumbbells for 6 reps each. As far as diet: I am eating chicken, rice, protein, mixed veggies, turkey sandwich. basically it looks something like this: 6am 1 pack oatmeal 1 cup milk 1 banana 1000am 1.5 cup rice 1cup veggies 6 to 7 oz of chicken 1200pm 66 grams protein 200pm turkey or chicken (either one with whole bread and fat free cheese) protein 415pm (pre workout) tuna (1 can in water) 1 cup rice 430pm to 600pm workout 630pm protein, apple 730pm chicken, veggies 900pm salad with western dressing,and maybe chicken prior to sleep protein |
