Default Recipe Idea - If like tuna fish sandwiches

Ok, tuna fish is good on occasion, but its way too fattening with the mayo.

Of course you can eat it plain out of the can, but that gets kinda boring.

For those who like tuna sandwiches, but want to pass on the mayo try this:

Use plain lofat yogurt instead of mayo. One 8 ounce cup works well for about 3 small cans of tuna. Of course yogurt is rather tart, so for those of you who like your tuna plain, it may be an acquired taste. For those of you who like a hint of onion in your tuna, you're in for a treat.

Mix the 3 tuna and yogurt cup, splinkle in some salt (between light to moderate - you want to moderately cover the top layer of tuna with salt then mix it in), add in some finely diced red oniion or scallion and bingo. Its especially good if you let it sit over night so the onion has a slight change to ferment. The onion has the effect of covering over the slight bitterness of the yogurt.

This won't work for some, but I mix my tuna with mustard and onion. Much less fat.
