i take vitamin c 1000mg vitamin b complex multivitamin one a day cod live oil one a day amino acid 1500 is this enough to much what do you think

Are you taking any meal replacements or protein powders that also have those vitamins in them?

Furthermore that should be plenty enough.

agreed. most proteins have a plentiful amount of vitamins and minerals in them. Also, you could add a multivitamin made for athletes and that will hit all requirements u need
