Supplement Question!??? anyone please

i am have i have a job where they drug test alot and i dont want to take the chance of taking something and getting fired. soo i cant do illegal supps. But there are alot of supps at GNC etc. like t bomb and other things like that. that are legal? i was wondering for those who have taken things like that. what seems to be the best on the market right now!!??? thanks!

Creatine and Nitrex are the top 2 as far as I'm concerned.

99.9% of the jobs I know of only test for drugs that get you high, not roids.

Agreed! Meaning coce, weed, krak, crystal meth, heroin, alcohol and so on.

other than those everything else is pretty much a waste of money. RM and Rein are correct though, i seriously doubt your job tests for anabolic substances. Next time you get tested, ask them what they test for. I'm sure they'll tell you.

been in the corp world for a long time bro...what they test for are substances deemed to promote an unsafe work environment by OSHA. Its a drug panel that will test for amphetamines, cocaine, THC, alcohol and hallucinogens. Not saying that they couldn't test for aas...but it would be a special circumstance and those tests are expensive due to a general lack of demand for them.
Other than that...perseverance said it all...basic stuff is all you really need, the rest is just clever marketing and dubious science at best. Snake oil, in other words.
