Default Re: supplementing during PCT

You have to place some consideration to cortisol levels. There are few really good supplements that have a beneficial effect on this post cycle downfall. Some notable supplements for this is Phosphadidyl Serine, Though very expensive, 20-Hydroxy- Ecdysterone, as well as 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone and as for herbal Relora™. However for the cost/dose It's not going to be really potent enough to offset the drastic effect that anabolics have at the cessation of their use. It's like anything in physics where there is an action their is an opposite but equal reaction. This isn't only true in physics but also in relation to hormones.

The most beneficial for the money for anti-cortisol and anti oxidant is buffered vitamin C (good article on meso) at as high a dose as you can tolerate or somewhere in the 20-30 grams daily range (spread out) and buffered C. Ascorbic acid you couldn't tolerate at that dose.

Cutting back on cardio, or training intensity, getting as much rest as possible. GABA of tryptophan to help with sleep (thats helps with cortisol). Diehard focus on proper diet post training, focusing on recovery recovery recovery since your hormonal state isn't optimal for recovery. Getting T levels back to normal is one thing, But there is other factors that come into play that mostly time and rest will take care of. And supplementation will assist with. Any and all tools available from a variety of angles will help.

creatine will help you to a degree avoid the flat feeling. HMB wouldn't hurt though a little on the expensive side. Lots of protein is good however cortisol is highly catabolic which means it eats protein even before it is converted to amino acids for use in muscle tissue.

Glutamine would help as it will help to spare glutamine stores Check out article And be a little quicker to assimilate as would BCAA's.

In any case good, deep rest/sleep is going to be your best cheapest and most effective protocol. Vitamin C is going to be detrimental IMO.
