Dude, tuna and chicken have a very low amount of calories. You should eat those.

edit- And there is absolutely no way in hell you are eating 2000 calories if you're living on lettuce, peppers and 120 grams of protein. That's a 600 calories TOPS.

Furthermore, if you're really eating 2000 calories where only 480 of them are protein, then you have AMPLE room in your carbs and fat department to slash and burn the calories.

You absolutely have to be eating a bunch of grains to be able to have any appreciable amount of calories above the 480 from your protein. So, it's really very simple. Eat a bunch of protein containing foods. Holy smokes, it's 2800 calories again! No problem. Eat 1000 less calories from carbs/fats and, voila, you're at an even lesser caloric intake than you are at now.

You can have that advice for free, but the next paragraph is going to cost 3 cents a letter.
