transdermal ephedrine HCL for localized fat loss

I was wondering if ephedrine HCL (pure form) and/or caffeine could work for localized fat loss like yohimbine supposedly does. I was thinking about maiking a transdermal gel with them to get rid of some stubborn fat. I know I'll probably get differing opinions on this but was just curious what everyone thought about it. Thanks in advance and sorry if this has already been discussed (I don't think it has).

It possibly could....think Helios (clenbuterol/yohimbine combo) considering the molecular weight of ephedrine is less than clen and could possibly be absorbed through the dermis. Although the actual effects seen might be a disappointment. Also, this is a novel thought because (I believe, but not 100%) then it would be legal again to buy ephedrine since it is not for consumption. Of course, what is to stop us from ingesting the formula....granted its not mixed in DMSO.

On another note. I was reading a study (Rossmeisl, et. al. Decreased fatty acid synthesis due to mitochondrial uncoupling in adipose tissue. Institute of Physiology; Czech Republic. 2000) that showed 700 uM 2,4-dinitrophenol to decrease SQ adipocyte lipogenesis 4 fold and stimulate fatty acid oxidation 1.5 fold. Think about the application possibilities of a "lotion" of DNP/DMSO (if it worked due to adequate absorption).
