Default trying to eat right
guys i need help eating. i'm college and that doesn't become that much of a problem because i'll just have a shake and some bread or something. but i go out and party, then drink a lot, and i know it's stupid. but how many of you guys drink at all?

not intended as a flame to anyone, but I think the question you should ask is how many drink and have the body that you are aiming for. Probably not many.
