Default Turkey Burgers

I just cooked up some Pillgrim's Pride turkey burgers that I got at Costco. They were 10 bucks for 16 - 1/4 pounders, (130 cals, 3g fat, 1g carb, 24 g protein.) Anyway, they taste really good...........kinda high in sodium though 320mg.

Turkey burgers yum. Just make sure they're completely cooked. I got salmonella once from T-burgers. I like Morningstar veggie burgers. Very low in fat and carbs(Don't have a package right now. Got to re-up). They also are slightly high in sodium(What isn't?).

I also like turkey burgers. Yummy! I buy Jenny-O brand at Wal Mart. 12 count for about 5 or 6 bucks. 19g protien and only 90mg sodium, 9g total fat per 1/4oz patty. I like to eat them at breakfast with my oatmeal and some fresh fruit.

Ive had some good turkey burgers. Unfortunately, the stuff is expensive as shit and I can get 97% lean hamburger for over $1/lb cheaper. Ill take red meat over white meat anyday.
