Default V12 vs. Swole vs. Satur8

I am going to be cycling creatine back into my diet next week so i need to decide which product to use. I've gotten feedback so far suggesting Swole works really well, but I've only found mixed reviews for each product outside this forum. So let's see who has used one of these three very similar products and who thinks what works best . . .

Which do you prefer and why: Swole, Satur8, or V12/V12 Turbo?

The only one I have tried is the swole v2, very good product in my opinion, and a little cheaper than the others I believe, I think you will like it.

you made the right choice with Swole it is a good product, Satur8 is also a good product, but Swole impressed me far more...

So far I have been using the product for about a week and I am it has made a good impression on me as well. However; my friend e-mailed me this link:

Dangerous Compounds in Swole

What do you guys think about it . . .Swole and non-swole users alike?

Is it convincing enough to pick up a different creatine supp. for when this container is empty?

Fuck me running . . .I just read it on the site and now the site is temporarily down. Go figure.

If it starts working again I'll post it back up, but the basic gist of it was something along these lines if I can remember correctly:

The Guanipro Guanidinopropionic Acid fucks with your creatine receptors and can turn your fast-twitch muscles into slow-twitch thus making you slower and also screw with your heart and brain b/c those too have creatine receptors. And the Glycovol Glycocyamine, which is like a precursor for creatine, can fuck you up too since your taking it with more creatine.

LOL . . .truth is I dont really remember all the science and shit I read, but they said that those two ingredients could increase risk of heart attack by blocking creatine receptors and also make you slower and weaker by converting fast-twitch to slowtwitch. I'll try and post the article again later if I can cas I suck at explaining shit.

Peace,
Ryan

Thumbs up

V12 had been known to carry quality whey concentrates and isolates.

Okay . . .I think I fixed the link so you all should be able to read it now on the T-Nation site.

Watta ya guys think? Seem to be any truth behind it? Anyone experienced any of these types of problems or know anyone who has?

I have a theory, don't know if its correct, but if you cycled off swole every now and then I think you might be okay. The main issue is that it blocks creatine receptors right? Well, like an anti-estrogen, once you stop taking it, your estrogen receptors no longer remain blocked and your hormone levels balance back out again, right? So when you cycle off Swole your creatine receptors would become freed and feed creatine back into your fast-twitch muscles, heart, and brain restoring their creatiine levels back to normal don't ya think?
