Vitamin B / Vitamist

I picked up Vitamist Revitalizer for a 1.25 and was wondering if you guys ever heard of it. It contains 90mcg of Vitamin B12 per 8 sprays.

I'm not sure if this is a good way of getting vitamin B12, I know everyone use to say you have to inject the vitamin B12, but I was wondering about this spray. Let me know, Thanks.
