okay i just got 4 bottles of vitamins worth getting serious now about losing some weight, gaining some energy, and maybe even a little strength from confidence from all them up above. I was wondering if itd be like ok to take the supplements throughout the day not all at once but like rotate them kinda like I got opti-men from optimum nutrition, super e complex from twinlab, ester-c from country life, and action b-50 also from country life. I was wondering if anyone ever had any real bad problems with taking to much vitamins all in one day I know today that I had a major jitter problem from the drink FUZE the slenderize kind it tasted good and everything but made me hyper more then anything else in the world can. Then it all of course slowed down a tad bit after I dranked 1 cup of orange juice, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of water. Thing is I'm asking if anyones actually takened all of those vitamins before in one day. Time to get serious here about losing weight to feel good mostly portant reason of it. I heard country lifes a real good supplement company and has good supplements so I bought them and they all just came in the mail today not all of them but the supplements I written on top of this message. Please help thanks. Serious about getting a better body now without taking something like steroids and getting in jail. Please help thanks. Also any diet tips would be greatly appreciated from you six pack healthy full heartedely strong men that gets girls all over.
