if you want you can pm me and ill help you out, or just hit me up on aim at ratemymohawk, how long have you been working out so far, and what has your diet so far been like, what kind of goals are you trying to acheive, find out how many calories your body needs first, and people usually say add around like 500 calories at firsts, but i say add around 1000 calories, lots of protein, depending on your body fat ad carbs, but if your just trying to gain mass here and not really care, just eat alot of everything. hope that helps a lil it would take a long time to explain it all, good luck
