It deffinitely works, and if combined with a good thermogenic the fat melts away, my teenage daughter who insists she is fat (she's a u.s size 6, a u.k. size 8) tried some and lost a dress size in 4 weeks, I've taken the rest away from her as being a typical teenager she'd use it till some damage was caused.

But actually, the furnace does burn hot sometimes... I am just concerned that if I don't eat, my body will eat itself... muscle! Hard work can go away if the fuel runs low.

Not if you do a mild cycle of say dianabol at the same time, the losses are then mostly fat and not muscle
