Default what you can achieve without gear and a good diet

im a bit bored at the moment so here is a bit of an insite with photos of what i achieved around in 8 months of training with a diet in place.

this is mainly for people thinking of jumping on gear with no knowledge and no diet knowledge in place. If your thinking of jumping straight on the gear without a solid diet in place.... think again, i thought id take the time to post these mainly for the newbs out there to BB.

Im not trying to sound self righteous, hypercritical or advising anyone not to take gear, im just trying to point out the fact you should master the basics of dieting and a good and smart training regime first.

These pics arent from my first year of training but they are from my first year of studying, getting advice from the guys here and getting motivated by them about nutrition, we all know it gets slower and harder as time goes on though..

These below pics are me, the real me and only me and this is what i went from and to, bare in mind that my diet from these pics was pretty poor in all that time and i only trained 2-3 days per week, so just imagine what you could achieve with a diet thats good and this year mine will be 100% when i return to the gym in aug-september.

Before

approx 8 months later

if you train hard, eat right, sleep right and never giveup, it will happen, its just takes longer than you think.

Excellent post! I followed this link from the post of the 17-year-old kid wanting to juice. You should post this link at every post of kids that are too young, or too inexperienced and haven't tried to get as far as they can naturally. 8 months isn't really that long either....

This just goes to show that you need proper nutrition and training.... but above all.... you need perseverance.

Cheers guys, yeh i think it will be way easier this time round. Im smarter, got a better workout program and a far better diet this time round so i cant see myself not getting bigger results. Had a lot of time to think and plan my attack when i return to it all in Aug.

I only ever looked at the before pic only a few weeks ago and thought "DAM" i have changed noticably, never saw that change until i looked at the before pics first time ever.

I can see why everyone is there own worse judge of character huh.

Godd to have you back on meso bro......Gain 8 lbs every 8 months and you will be a giant in no time!Something great about steady slow natural gains is that they are the easiest to keep !
