God bless you. Thanks for the big help. started to retrain a month ago at 105kg at44%body fat and now I am at 108 at39% bf. Just recover from a 6 months lay off do to a knee injury from an idiot running over me while sitting in a red light. Thanks again.

Hi everybody, first time poster here. I’ve been using a sort of mapping system by Telenav. It is really useful to me because I can see other people’s bike routes and the best part is calculating the calories I can burn. (see it here: TeleNav - Voice directions on your GPS phone). Just wondering if anybody has a calorie counter they recommend?
