70% of children in the black community are born out of wedlock. The hispanic community is starting to catch up according to an article in the wall street journal. most of the black community's social ill's stem from children being born out of wedlock. of course this applies to all races but blacks have 70%!!! damn,get with the friggin program and start being resposible.who winds up paying for all these children who have brothers and sisters from different fathers? we do! this means more schools get built,more teachers,more cops(obviously),more prisions,more welfare,more crime;well.you get the point. and at the end of the day,the white guy gets blamed ./just like crack was inented by the cia to wipe out the black man.

I'm surprised its that low, in Philly where I live I'd guess its 85% for blacks and young Hispanics 60% Older hispanics it drops to 40% for older blacks it drops to 70%

I've read and re-read his post oldtimer, and I fail to see exactly where he himself was specifically degrading anyone.
He simply quoted statistics that he read.

In fact, you yourself are guilty of degrading taser. Just because you may have the popular opinion of this forum on your side does not in turn make it right. The Nazi's had the popular opinion of Germany on their side, but I bet you would not say they were right...

My response was not in relation to this post only, it was in response to his behavior on this forum in general. I didn't want to create a new subject on this matter, I thought it would be more appropriate to reply to him in one of his posts.

Regarding you comments about the statistics being quoted by him, I can in turn, quote statistics that say otherwise. In fact, I can find statistics that say that the best people in the US are the black people. On the Internet, you can find what "YOU" want, anything that supports your claim, you will find, however, it is your responsibility, as the presenter, to cite what is considered appropriate.
And when someone cites resources, the lamest excuse is "that is not my opinion, i'm simply quoting", the whole reason that person is using those statistics as proof is because he or she believes in them, and because they are being presnted to support a claim that he or she is making.

I agree with you that statistics can be generally misleading.

In this specific case the statistics are certainly not unbelievable, however I have a feeling children being born out of wedlock is on the rise for all races.

Taser is a young man with nothing happening in his life.
He takes his frustration out on others to make himself feel better about himself and his lack of achievement.
You need to get some goals and follow them Taser,this will lead to personal forfillment.

I don't understand. Directly from the Wall Street Journal. I find that very hard to believe considering the correct termonoligy "born out of wedlock" is a child born from an unwedded marriage.
