It's not small marbles. It's one more example of the government tightening their grip on free society. Just like Bush, taking away freedoms in the name of "freedom" and fighting "terrorism". literally changing the constitution and the bill of rights. Taking away the power and responsibility of the individual and placing it in the hands of the elite and the political powermongers. Each step is one step closer to a fascist dictatorship.
