I dont' dispute that only 40% of the country may be the only vocal opponents of the UN's goals...but I believe that that 40% will far outweigh the other side. I don't think that the other 60% by default will automatically back the UN and ask the rest of their contrymen to give up their guns...I just dont' see it happening. So lets assume that it's 40% for it and 40% against it. I'm not a gambling man (well I am, but that's besides the point), but I'm betting on the guys with the guns!!!

Sometimes the minority rules the majority....we see it everyday with all the other governmental fiascos that politicians call "policy."

If you want good ones, you have to get Guatemalans. Don't get Puerto Ricans because they're all sorts of uppity about being US citizens. The indios of Guatemala would be great imports if you could get them. They're currently being assraped by the Guatemalans, so they'd be happy as a pig in shit to have food, shelter, clothing and more than 30 cents a day for picking coffee.

Well by nature, I'm just a "glass is half full" type of guy. This country was founded on the principles that one has a right to defend himself and his family, even if it means taking up arms. I think a large percentage of the population respects and acknowledges that. Maybe I'm just an eternal optimist or just a gun-toting redneck, but I dont' think the UN has the power to take my guns from me.

The UN definitely does NOT have the power to take our guns... YET. This country's pretty much split down the middle on the UN too though. About 40% think the UN is great and we should do everything they say so that we can be good neighbors and more respected (not feared) members of the worldwide community. That's a major Democratic talking point right now and has been for the last 3 1/2 years.

I'm just saying... pay attention. I'm no conspiracy theorist but it seems our freedoms are being eroded everytime I turn around.

I'm not claiming that the UN, itself, would forcefully take our weapons. The concept is to bully a pussy president into signing away our right to bear arms. Put the full force of international opinion(as if anyone gives a fuck what those soccer playing fags has to say) on the US and a weak president will yield. This is the plan. According to the NRA, anyhow.

Personally, I kind of like that plan. I'm really getting into this whole armed rebellion thing. I really want to kill someone. Seriously. And who better to kill than some jackbooted thug coming to take my shit?
