Wow, but I have a couple of questions since I'm not a power lifter.
Why are shirts allowed? All it is, is a device to let you lift about 300 lbs
More than you actually can.

Also, he moved the bar only about seven inches max, I guess being thick
with short arms has its advantages in this sport.

Still, thats a 1/2 ton of weight being moved.

The reason they allow shirts is the same reason they "allow" steroids in bodybuild. It makes it more fun to watch. If you don't like gear try running without sneakers. Besides it's not like anyone can pop on a shirt and press +300 of their raw max. You gotta train w/ a shirt to be that good in one.

Yah, and it takes about a 1/2 dozen people to get one of those shirts on.
