They can't even start a thread about their training techniques/methods discuss diets or anything.
They are too fat and lazy on the couch.

Hey, you ever watch them strongman contests? They're pretty good. Those guys look strong. Other guys in prison say they're gay, but I don't know. They look strong to me.

It could be. Even at the age of 83, my grandpappy still lifts weights every morning. He's never been "big", per se, but he's always kept up with his exercises and whatnot his entire life. It's probably a good portion of the reason that he's still self-sufficient and working full-time even as an old bastard. He doesn't lift anything staggering, but he does still do it.

Actually, I was out doing some cardio at 5:30am and I saw him out doing some of his own.
