I’ve done it both ways and it comes out the same?
It seems to be a waste of time
I do, even when I crush the pellets it takes sometime to dissolve. I usualy have to heat and shake it. I guess it all depends on how good your solution is. I've seen people do it with out crushing them, and if it works for you that way go for it. As long as it dissolves that's all that matters.
